In this 60 minute class, we cover some gentle movements you can do seated or lying down. Then, you will be guided through mindfulness practices towards your own quiet meditation. This class is great if you are looking to do a regular meditation practice. You will need a stable internet connection and either a phone or laptop to run Zoom with webcam. Set up in a quiet location at home and have available any props you may need. Class begins with a short catch up on how everyone is going before commencing.
