Accessible Yoga is for underserved communities and people that would otherwise find yoga inaccessible to them. The aim of this Accessible Yoga class is to bring the yoga practice to the comfort of your own home, using what you have available to you and working with how you feel on any given day. The flow and approach of the class is to nurture and invite your own exploration of yoga. We will check in, breathe, move and come into a restful state to finish this one hour evening class.
